THE BOARD BEFORE THE BOARD
The 2027 BDA Draft begins with a certified eight-team order, but the real board will be shaped by RFA choices, legacy-retention bills, and a player pool that is still being certified. The Betting Desk prices the decisions, identifies the legal market, and runs a five-round scenario without treating Lakewood’s Thompson Twins as available.

Three of Ron’s teams have already eliminated Oliver opponents: the Devils swept Atlantic City, Newport survived Afrika in seven and Newark stunned the top-seeded Knicks. Lakewood-Bronx still has to be played, but the next problem is already visible: the league’s Ron-vs-Oliver scheduling rule can no longer produce two conventional semifinals.
