After a 17-17 first quarter, the 100s won the final three periods 65-29 and routed Afrika 82-46 to tie the series.
Luka Doncic scored 17 points, hit four threes, handed out three assists and did not commit a turnover. LeBron James responded to his rough opener with 19 points.
Jose Alvarado controlled the second unit with 12 points, six assists and two steals. Walker Kessler added eight rebounds, two steals and a block.
Newport made 15 threes and received 51 bench points. Afrika went 3-for-25 from behind the arc.
The series was tied 1-1. The score suggested Newport had restored order. The next five games would prove the series had no interest in behaving.
